Shipping
The shipping fee for your orders up to 200 TL is 20 TL. We offer free shipping for orders over 200 TL.
Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping.
Delivery times are indicated from the day when the order has been confirmed by Marzé. Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above, we cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated.
DZK Tekstil A.Ş. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
